Betty T.

Betty T. has extensive experience in technology and innovation, currently serving as Head of AI Talent and Innovation at AI Singapore since 2023 and as a Committee Member at the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) since 2024. Betty contributes to the Working Group on Innovation and Commercialization at GPAI and is involved with the Industrial Advisory Committee at the National University of Singapore, along with holding an Adjunct Faculty position at NUS Business School starting in 2025. Previous roles include Program Manager and Tech Lead at Google, emerging cluster work at the Singapore Economic Development Board, and nanotechnology research at A*STAR. Additionally, Betty has advocated for STEM at Procter & Gamble and served as Co-Chair at The American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. Betty holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the National University of Singapore and has pursued further education at Harvard University and NUS Business School Executive Education.
