Bradford Smith has extensive experience in software engineering and project management across various organizations. Notably, Bradford served as a Software Project Manager and Lead Developer at Siemens Medical Systems from November 1999 to February 2007, where responsibilities included maintaining software for positron emission tomography (PET) scanners and overseeing development teams. Subsequent roles included Software Engineer positions at Data Research and Applications, Inc. and Google, focusing on JavaScript infrastructure and application development. As a Software Engineering Manager at Google, Bradford led the TypeScript and JavaScript application building team and represented the company on the Ecma Technical Committee 39. Additional positions include Website Developer for Associated Construction Women and Research Leader I at the University of Tennessee, with a strong technical foundation encompassing multiple programming languages and system administration skills.
