Brian Lester

Brian Lester is an accomplished machine learning engineer and researcher with extensive experience in natural language processing and artificial intelligence. Starting as a Software Engineering Intern at Visteon Corporation, Brian specialized in Voice Recognition and User Information Systems, leading to the development of the Dragon Drive Link application. Subsequent roles included serving as a Machine Learning Engineer at Interactions LLC, where Brian focused on deep learning for NLP, and as Lead Machine Learning Research Engineer at Trove AI, enhancing features through advanced AI techniques. Currently, Brian holds dual positions as a Senior Research Engineer and AI Resident at Google Brain, concentrating on parameter-efficient methods for large pretrained language models.
