Bruna Fontes is an experienced talent management and acquisition professional with a robust background in human resources. At International SOS, Bruna served as a Talent Specialist and Global HR Specialist, successfully managing global HR initiatives and driving talent management processes, including recruitment and employee engagement. Bruna received recognition for achieving the fastest growing partnership with AIESEC International and streamlining global recruitment processes. At Google, Bruna worked in Talent Acquisition for the APAC region and contributed to the establishment of a Cloud development center in India, later transitioning to the role of Learning Delivery Specialist, focusing on delivering exceptional learning experiences. Earlier experience includes roles as Marketing and Communications Manager and Leadership Development Manager at AIESEC Portugal, where Bruna enhanced digital marketing strategies and implemented leadership training programs.
