Caitlin Pantos

Caitlin Pantos serves as the Director of Program Management for Privacy, Safety, and Security at Google, a position held since February 2013. In this role, Caitlin reshapes governance structures, leads a global team of over 10 senior program managers, and designs comprehensive programs to communicate complex privacy topics to key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and executive leadership. Prior to this, Caitlin was a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Google from February 2011 to February 2013, where responsibilities included expanding the privacy engineering organization to 2,000 staff, creating educational initiatives for over 100,000 employees, and establishing a training platform for regulatory compliance.
