Caroline Brunson

Caroline Brunson is a PSIA Level One ski instructor at Crystal Mountain Resort since January 2022, skilled in teaching skiers of all ages and abilities. Prior experience in the US Navy includes roles as Deck Division Officer, Admin Officer, and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Officer aboard USS Rushmore, where management of multiple work centers and supervision of Sailors was essential. Caroline also served as Training Officer on USS Ralph Johnson, overseeing shipboard training and personnel, and worked as Operations Officer for the Regional Support Organization. In the realm of technology, positions as Salesforce Lead at Navy Talent Acquisition Group Pacific Northwest and as UX Program Manager for Google showcased expertise in project management, UX design processes, and team collaboration. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and completed additional training as a Combat Systems Officer at Aegis Training and Readiness Command.
