Caroline Thomson is an accomplished design and UX professional with extensive experience in both architectural and user experience roles. From July 2006 to June 2009, Caroline served as the Designer and Marketing Director at Hawthorn Design and Construction, managing high-end residential projects and developing brand strategy. Following that, a teaching position was held at Temple Emanu-El, while earlier experience included architectural internships at Brown Doane Architects. Since June 2021, Caroline has been the Team Lead for Google UXI Enterprise Recruiting, leading a growing team and overseeing UX Research Operations through strategic initiatives and process optimization. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Virginia and Syracuse University.
