Carolyn Ujcic

Carolyn Ujcic currently serves as the Director of PSO NA AI Services at Google Cloud Consulting, where extensive experience since September 2010 includes leadership roles in AI Services and training initiatives. Key achievements involve managing Google for Work’s Partner University, significantly enhancing course completion rates and spearheading community engagement efforts that increased active membership by 150%. Prior to Google, Ujcic worked at Accenture as a Manager, overseeing change management and training programs for notable global clients. Ujcic holds a Master's degree in AI Ethics and Society from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research from The Ohio State University.
