Chalmers Browne

Chalmers Browne has extensive experience in technology and program management, particularly within the human resources sector. Browne served as LAN Manager for Theater Development Fund from 1992 to 1994 and then worked as a Consultant for both Paperless Office Enterprises and Adler Consulting Group, where solutions focused on knowledge systems were proposed and implemented for various industries. From 1998 to 2012, Browne held the position of Senior Program Director for Global HR Platforms at Citi, overseeing the recruiting and onboarding application portfolio, including the global applicant tracking system. In 2017, Browne briefly worked as a Technical Program Manager and Product Manager for Hiring Systems at Google, managing the ATS and related systems.
