Cory Hicks

Cory Hicks is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in personalization, machine learning, and algorithm development. Notable positions include Senior Engineering Director at Bonobos and Head of Engineering at Boomtrain, both resulting in successful acquisitions. At Meta, Cory served as Senior Engineering Manager, leading a multidisciplinary team focused on optimizing the ads ecosystem for growth across Facebook and Instagram. Previous roles also include significant contributions at Netflix, Lithium Technologies, Amazon.com, and LinkedIn, emphasizing personalization and user experience.
