Courtney Smith

Courtney Smith is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across major organizations. At Google, Courtney served as Head of HR for both Google Cloud GTM APAC and Global Cloud Customer Experience. Prior to this role, Courtney worked at BP as Regional HR Manager APAC and further held positions such as People and Culture Director. Courtney also gained valuable experience at Thomson Reuters, serving as HR Director APAC for Reuters News and Media and Head of HR APAC. Additional roles include Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Toyota Motor Corporation. Courtney's educational background includes qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, INSEAD, the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, Monash University, and La Trobe University.
