Crystal Cai is a Senior Interaction Designer at Google, focusing on the YouTube Commerce team since June 2023. Key contributions include the design of monetization features such as pricing and subscription management, supporting the launch of the NFL Sunday Ticket purchase flow, redesigning the Purchase & Membership experience, and improving the subscription cancellation process for paid YouTube users.
