Damaus Harper is a seasoned operations and strategy professional with extensive experience in capacity planning and business transformation across major companies, including Google and Verizon. At Google, Damaus currently leads Cloud Capacity Planning, building on previous experience as Strategy & Operations Manager, where strategic initiatives were executed to optimize operations. Damaus held various key roles at Verizon, such as Manager of Business Transformation and B2B Strategy & Governance, managing multi-million dollar projects and implementing process improvements that substantially enhanced operational efficiency. Earlier career experiences include consulting at Accenture and managing operations at GE Aviation, where Damaus oversaw customer delivery and profitability, along with comprehensive leadership development in supply chain management during the Operations Management Leadership Program. Damaus holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University.
