Dan Morris

Dan Morris is an accomplished researcher and engineer with extensive experience in neurotechnology, haptics, and artificial intelligence. Early career roles included positions at CyberKinetics Neurotechnology Systems and Tiqit Computers, where Dan developed hardware and software platforms and handheld PCs. Dan also served as a consulting engineer at Hansen Medical, focusing on haptic rendering and medical imaging. Following advanced studies at Stanford University, which culminated in a PhD and MS in Computer Science, Dan held key positions at Microsoft as a Principal Scientist and Program Director for AI for Earth, contributing to health technology, user interfaces, and creativity support.
