Daniel Maruyama

Daniel Maruyama is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in machine learning, data science, and research in neuroscience. Daniel began with a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by a Ph.D. in Physics with a focus on Network Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. Experience includes roles as a Student Researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and various positions at companies such as 3M, Samba TV, Kernel, and Google. Notably, Daniel served as the first Machine Learning Scientist at Kernel, contributing to the development of algorithms and infrastructure for brain data analysis, and currently works as a Software Engineer at Google in the Ads Integrity sector.
