Dasheika Ruffin

Dasheika Ruffin, Esq. currently serves as the Global Head of Community Engagement and DEI Strategy at Google and is an Advisory Board Member for the LBJ Women's Campaign School, which aims to increase women's representation in political office. As the Owner and Principal of DMR Strategies LLC since 2013, Dasheika has contributed to various political campaigns, including serving as a Senior Advisor for the Warnock for U.S. Senate campaign, where strategic initiatives significantly enhanced the candidate's visibility. Previous roles include Southern Regional Director for the ACLU's Campaign for Smart Justice and Political Director for Doug Jones for Senate. Dasheika holds a Juris Doctorate from Texas Southern University, a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law Studies from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Florida.
