Desiree J. Rivera has extensive experience in workforce management, having held various leadership roles across prominent companies. Starting as a Workforce Management Assistant Manager at AT&T, Desiree guided day-to-day operations while fostering relationships between senior leadership and the capacity team. Afterward, in a similar role at Ceridian LifeWorks, Desiree managed a team focused on service delivery and performance guarantees. At Google, Desiree advanced to Senior Workforce Management Lead for Consumer Operations and later took on positions as Business Planning Lead and Head of Central Functions. Currently, as Head of Workforce Management at YouTube, Desiree oversees WFM operations.
