Dominic MacPhail has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, having held senior leadership roles at prominent corporations. At Citi, from January 2018 to June 2021, Dominic served in various capacities including APAC Head of Design & Construction and Regional Projects Director for Asia Pacific. Following this, Dominic joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2021 as APJC Head of Real Estate Development and is currently with Google in the role of APAC Infrastructure since August 2025. Prior experience includes positions at Barclays from September 2006 to May 2012 as Director - Head of Corporate Real Estate for North Asia, South East Asia, and India, and as Representative Director of Barclays Services Japan. Dominic also worked as Projects Director at PTS Consulting from November 2002 to September 2006 and as a Project Manager with Takenaka Corporation from September 2001 to November 2002.
