Ed Miller has extensive experience in sales and account management across various sectors, including healthcare and customer experience. Most recently, Ed served as a Strategic Account Executive in Healthcare at Twilio from April 2022 to June 2023, focusing on innovative communication solutions. Prior to Twilio, Ed held significant roles at Genesys as a Director/Enterprise Account Executive and at Oracle as an Application Sales Manager specializing in Customer Experience. Ed's career also includes time at CareerBuilder as a National Account Executive and at RentPath as a Senior Sales Executive. Currently, Ed is also a Key Account Executive for Google Cloud Services and a Co-Founder of Brighton Pickleball Club. Ed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Leadership Studies from Baker College.
