Prior to Twilio, Ed held significant roles at Genesys as a Director/Enterprise Account Executive and at Oracle as an Application Sales Manager specializing in Customer Experience. Ed's career also includes time at CareerBuilder as a National Account Executive and at RentPath as a Senior Sales Executive.
