Elif Baydar

Elif Baydar has an extensive career in recruitment and talent acquisition, holding prominent roles at leading technology companies. At Google from July 2018 to January 2025, Elif served as the Head of Executive Recruiting for Functions and also led the Executive Recruiting Technology Practice for Google Cloud Platform and Technical Infrastructure. Previously, at Microsoft from December 2012 to June 2018, Elif was a Senior Recruiter focusing on Microsoft HoloLens and the Xbox Platform, as well as a recruiter for Microsoft Windows and Devices. Elif’s earlier experience includes a position as Recruiting Manager at Idea Entity Corporation and a Technical Recruiter role at EQQUS Technologies. Elif also held the title of Recruiting Director at eCruit briefly in 2012. Education includes an Executive Development Program certification from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Washington.
