Ellen Boccuzzi

Ellen Boccuzzi possesses extensive experience in international development, migration, and governance, with a background that includes roles as a consultant for the International Labour Organization, USAID, and UNESCO, where significant contributions included authoring impactful reports and analyzing migrant issues amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Boccuzzi has held various positions in the Asia Foundation, leading USAID's counter-trafficking program and providing technical leadership in governance and law, alongside a tenure as a lecturer at Thammasat University and UC Berkeley.
