Emerson M. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for Brazil at Google since April 2025. Prior to this role, Emerson held the position of HR Director for LATAM at Thomson Reuters from July 2014 to April 2025, where responsibilities included the strategic implementation of HR agendas. Emerson's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of HR at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. and as an HR Senior Manager at Schneider Electric, leading various HR operations and subprocesses. Emerson began a career in HR management at Bayer as an HR Senior Manager, overseeing HR functions including payroll and compensation. Emerson holds a Postgraduate Degree in Neurociência from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an MBA in Gestão Estratégica de Empresas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
