Emma McGinty has a diverse background in leadership roles focused on diversity, inclusion, and partnerships in the technology and sports industries. With experience at Sky from 2009 to 2022, Emma progressed from Events and Project Manager to Head of Diversity & Inclusion in Technology, while also contributing to Sky Sports Living for Sport and Sky Ocean Rescue. Previously, Emma worked as a Production Executive at Inspired Gaming Group and as an Account Manager at Emperor. Emma has also held a Corporate Press Assistant position at Marks and Spencer and led strategic partnerships and recruiting initiatives at Google in 2024. Emma holds a BSc in Sport Science and Business from Loughborough University, obtained in 2003.
