Erica Lester is a seasoned project manager with comprehensive experience in managing operations and improving customer support practices. Beginning with Solers from September 2012 to February 2015, Erica managed projects for government clients focusing on unclassified data transfers within Department of Defense networks. Erica then joined Google in April 2015 as a Partner Operations Manager, overseeing a portfolio of Google Workspace partners, and continued to advance within the company, holding roles as a Project Manager & Vendor Operations and a Program Manager until July 2024. In addition to project management, Erica contributed to the launch of a global Google Workspace support account management program. Erica also gained early experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at Cambridge Associates in 2011. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and completed additional studies in User Experience and Design at General Assembly.
