Fei Gao

Fei Gao is a Hardware Architecture Modeling Engineer at Google since April 2025, following a tenure as a Senior Engineer at Tenstorrent from October 2023 to April 2025. Prior to this, Fei served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Princeton University between September 2018 and October 2023, assisting with courses in Contemporary Logic Design and Computer Architecture. A Research Intern at Microsoft during the summer of 2022, Fei focused on large-scale distributed application acceleration using FPGAs and custom hardware. Fei holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Princeton University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University.
