Felicia Chang has extensive experience in legal operations and program management across various prestigious organizations, including Google, where Felicia currently serves as Senior Engineering Program Manager, overseeing the development of tools for the Legal Investigation Support team. Prior to Google, Felicia held notable positions at Zenefits as Sr. Legal Operations Program Manager, where the legal operations function was built, and at Allianz Global Investors, managing trademarks and leading a project team to develop a document management system. Additional roles include Litigation Project Manager at LinkedIn, where Felicia handled discovery-related litigation, and positions as Litigation Paralegal at Morrison & Foerster LLP, Heller Ehrman LLP, and Fish & Richardson P.C., with a focus on managing litigation processes and e-discovery.
