Galyna Rufino

Galyna Rufino has extensive experience in leadership and program management across various organizations, including AIESEC and Google. As Local Committee President at AIESEC, Galyna managed over 30 volunteers and significantly increased internship recruitment. At Google UK, Galyna served as Snr. Agency Program Manager, scaling revenue programs for major advertising agencies and collaborating globally on SMB strategies. Prior roles include Global Internship Program Coordinator at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where Galyna launched a successful internship program, and various leadership positions at Google, including Head of Partner Programs Infrastructure and Operations, contributing to significant growth and programmatic consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from Donetsk State University of Management, a diploma from the University of Oxford, and a diploma of education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
