Geza Kovacs

Geza Kovacs is a seasoned researcher in the field of computer science, currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at Google since March 2022, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and related applications. Prior to this, Geza held the position of Principal Research Scientist at Lilt from August 2019 to March 2022, where leadership was demonstrated over a team dedicated to enhancing interactive machine translation systems. Geza's academic background includes a PhD from Stanford University, complemented by research roles at Microsoft Research and various internships at Google, where significant contributions to machine learning and natural language processing were made. Geza also holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
