Ghazal Mason currently serves as the Lead Agentic AI Product Counsel for Google Cloud since July 2025 and as the Board Treasurer at SAND POINT CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER since September 2024. Previously, Ghazal worked as Associate General Counsel, Head of Privacy, Security, and AI at DigitalOcean from September 2023 to August 2025 and as Product Counsel for Crypto and Fintech at Block from July 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Product Counsel for Crypto at Meta and AI Product Counsel at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where responsibilities included advising on legal issues related to AI, financial services, and compliance with various laws. Ghazal began a legal career with externships at the United States District Court and the California Department of Justice and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from Georgetown Law and a B.A. with Honors in Psychology and Political Science from UC San Diego.
