Hanyu

Hanyu Ma is a Software Engineer at Google, specializing in distributed data processing engines and Google Cloud Dataflow since August 2023. Prior to this role, Hanyu was a Software Engineering Intern at Google from September to December 2022, where algorithms for analyzing Google's routing records were designed and implemented. Academic experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Assistant Research Professor at the University of Notre Dame, focusing on automation in first-principles calculations and machine learning model development for chemical reaction simulations.
