Hariom Sharma

Hariom Sharma is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and leading software development and engineering teams. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Google since July 2021, Hariom previously held the position of Software Development Manager at Amazon from June 2017 to July 2021. At Ericsson R&D India, Hariom progressed through various roles, including Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams focused on delivering features for the ASIC SNP 4000 and SNP 8000. An earlier position as Staff Engineer at Juniper involved design and support for E-Series forwarding plane routers, while a Project Manager role at Motorola India focused on VOIP solution development. Hariom holds an MBA in Management, Finance & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow.
