Hayley Bierbaum

Hayley Bierbaum is a Senior UX Researcher at Google, where they focus on collaborative research to enhance product quality and user experience. They previously held positions as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Robinhood and as an Experience Researcher and Intern at Airbnb, conducting foundational and evaluative research to understand user needs. Hayley also has experience as an Associate Researcher at Forrester and as an Enterprise Account Manager at Oracle. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington, alongside studies in Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Belgrano.
