Hayley Cochrane

Hayley Cochrane is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in digital and advertising leadership. Currently serving as the Director of News Partnerships for the UK and Northern Europe at Google since October 2024, Hayley previously held the position of Chief Business Officer at WeAre8 from September 2023 to September 2024. Before that, from September 2021 to July 2023, Hayley was the Vice President of Digital & Advanced Ad Sales at NBCUniversal, where responsibilities included leading global digital commercial efforts. Hayley also served as Head of Digital at Mail Metro Media and at Hearst UK, where significant accomplishments included overseeing a vast digital audience and leading innovative advertising platforms. Earlier roles included Account Director EMEA at SocialVibe and various sales positions, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management and international sales.
