Izzy Chen

Izzy Chen is a Machine Learning Engineer at Google since December 2021, specializing in the YouTube homepage ranking model, multimodality, and inference optimization, along with additional skills. Prior to this role, Izzy Chen gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Salesforce, focusing on custom schema and platform cloud, and served as a Research Intern at UBC Sauder School of Business, working on POMDP and reinforcement learning, as well as at the University of Notre Dame, where network analysis was the primary focus. Izzy Chen holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from UC Berkeley College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computing Science from Fudan University.
