Jacey Cheng

Jacey Cheng is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in leading data-driven initiatives at prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Data Science at Google since February 2019, Jacey has also held roles as Sr. Staff Data Scientist and Staff Data Scientist within the same organization. Prior to this, Jacey was the Data Science Lead at Snapchat, Inc., where leadership focused on delivering data science solutions for stories, discovery feeds, content, and search products. Jacey's earlier career includes a position as Senior Data Scientist at Google and two internships as a Credit Risk Analyst at Ford Motor Credit Company. Jacey holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from Peking University.
