Jacklyn Wilson

Jacklyn Wilson has extensive experience in customer service, project management, and communications within law enforcement and administrative roles. As a Police Dispatcher for the City of Walnut Creek, Jacklyn managed emergency and non-emergency communications for a large city and police department, developed training programs for new dispatchers, and provided critical support to police officers. In the role of Crime Prevention Specialist for the Town of Danville, responsibilities included project management of security alarm systems and public engagement through neighborhood watch initiatives. Additionally, Jacklyn has demonstrated strong organizational skills as an Office Manager at Neoglyphic Entertainment and briefly worked at Google in program management.
