Becky Dematteis

Rebecca DeMatteis is an experienced Program Manager at Apprenti since November 2022, previously serving as a Program Administrator at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services from October 2010 to August 2022. Rebecca led multiple federal State Apprenticeship Expansion grants, overseeing budgeting and compliance, and provided technical assistance to stakeholders. Additional roles included Support Administrator and Supervisor, focusing on staff management and program delivery across a five-county area. Rebecca also served as Executive Secretary to the Ohio State Apprenticeship Council, handling meeting documentation and public inquiries. As President of the International Association of Workforce Professionals Ohio Chapter, Rebecca facilitated meetings and promoted membership. Educational qualifications include a State License as a Licensed Massage Therapist from Stark State College.
