Jaime Sonoda

Jaime (Nonaka) Sonoda is an experienced UX Design Manager at Google, focusing on leading user experience for various AI platforms such as Vertex AI and Gemini API for Enterprise since June 2012. Previously, at Google, Jaime served as a Staff User Experience Designer for AdWords, overseeing UX for campaign creation and management. Prior to Google, Jaime spent nearly a decade at Yahoo!, starting as a Senior Visual Designer and ultimately becoming Product Design Lead and Design Manager, contributing to products like Yahoo! Mail and experimental developments. Earlier in the career, design roles included positions at OneBody, Circle.com, and Interactive Bureau, culminating in a BA in Electronic Publishing from the Academy of Art.
