James Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and service management across various industries. James served as the Owner of Avid Note from April 2008 to October 2010 and held multiple roles at Apple from July 2012 to September 2014, including Service Master Data and Systems, Global Service Operations, and Global Account Manager at Electri-Tech Services, Inc. between November 2010 and February 2011. James continued to progress at Google from April 2022 to January 2021, taking on responsibilities as Global Service Experience and Strategy Lead, Global Service Strategy and Partnerships, and Service Operations Manager. Prior to these roles, James was the Head of Operations at Invision Performance, Inc. from June 2006 to March 2008. James holds a Stanford Certified Program Manager degree from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University-Fullerton.
