Janina Lax

Janina Lax is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management, business development, and digital marketing. Starting as a Property and Real Estate Management Intern at RFR, Janina progressed to significant roles at Google, including Senior Google Cloud Business Manager and Head of Early Stage Startups, where responsibilities involved leading cloud sales, developing business strategies, and advocating for the startup ecosystem in Israel. Janina also held leadership positions at Dentsu as Head of Media Buying and Director Global Accounts, managing teams and executing online marketing campaigns for major accounts, including Google and Waze. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Administration from Reichman University with honors, an Abitur from Cecilien Gymnasium Düsseldorf, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy & Innovation from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
