Jay Kulkarni

Jay Kulkarni has extensive experience in project management and architectural design, having held various leadership roles across prominent organizations. From September 2014 to February 2016, Jay served as Programme Manager at Cisco for the EMEAR & LatAm regions. Subsequently, Jay worked as Director of Delivery in India for Unispace from January 2021 to August 2022. Additional significant positions included Senior Project Manager at Source8 and Project Management Discipline Lead at WeWork, where Jay contributed to complex and emerging market projects. Jay began a career in architectural design, starting as an Architectural Technician at the Scottish Building Standards Agency and later as an Architect at Cooper and Associates. Currently, Jay holds the position of Project Executive in Real Estate Design & Delivery at Google, starting in September 2022. Jay's education includes an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and an M.Sc from the University of Strathclyde.
