Jeff Riley LEED GA, CCIM, CPM, MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and technology. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at BLUME since November 2021, Jeff has contributed to the growth of PropTech startups. Previous roles include Director of Acquisitions at Advenir, where oversight of $140 million in real estate acquisitions played a key role in expanding the company’s portfolio. As Business Development Manager at Pegasus Residential, Jeff generated significant annual management fees and cultivated relationships with investment groups. A Regional Director at View, Inc., Jeff promoted smart building technologies, and later at Google, Jeff led national real estate partnerships and currently focuses on key account real estate partnerships. Jeff holds multiple degrees including an MBA from University of Florida and is pursuing a PhD in Strategic Technology Management.
