Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams is an experienced leader in operations and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Machine Operations & Deployment Engineering at Google since July 2025. Previously, Williams was the Head of US Operations at Zipline from July 2023 to June 2025, and held the position of VP, Operations & Supply Chain at Syng from September 2021 to July 2023. A long tenure at Apple spanned nearly a decade, where Williams progressed through roles including Director of iPhone Operations, Senior Manager of iPhone Operations, Manager of Product Operations, and responsibilities in iPad Operations. Earlier career experience includes multiple roles in business operations, product marketing, and investor relations at NAVTEQ, and corporate banking at Northern Trust. Williams holds an MBA in Management & Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, earned from 2009 to 2012, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1998 to 2002.
