Jennifer Anderson has over 17 years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Jennifer began a career at UC Berkeley in the Office of Environment, Health & Safety as a Human Resources Assistant, where a significant achievement included conducting an audit that ensured 100% compliance with vacation and sick leave recordkeeping. Following a brief internship at FedEx Kinko's, Jennifer joined Google in August 2007 and has since specialized in cloud recruiting for hardware engineers, while also managing various roles within People Operations, including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Jennifer holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in General Business Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
