Jennifer Yong is a biomechanical researcher and engineer with extensive experience in both academic and industry settings. At Stanford University from June 2010 to December 2018, Jennifer completed a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on the biomechanics of running and injury prevention through innovative experimental designs and computer simulations. After a brief tenure as a Biomechanical Engineer at Seismic in 2019, Jennifer advanced to Apple as an Applied Biomechanics Researcher from September 2021 to May 2022. Prior roles include Human Factors Researcher at Google and Student Research Assistant positions at Northwestern University, where Jennifer developed wearable devices and image processing algorithms.
