Josh Cheng is an experienced technical program manager with a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. At Solera, Inc., from November 2016 to April 2020, Josh managed a team of over 16 engineers in developing a high availability vehicle insurance damage claim platform and designed an automation engine for continuous integration/deployment. During tenure at IBM from May 2004 to September 2014, Josh led an Agile QA team for IBM WebSphere Business Integration and provided technical expertise for automation frameworks. As a staff engineering program manager at Mozilla from September 2014 to November 2016, Josh guided the Engineering Program Management team in Taipei. Currently, at Google since June 2020, Josh oversees software delivery for the Google Nest new product initiation project, managing long-term software development initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams. Josh holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fu Jen Catholic University.
