Kaila Andrews

Kaila Andrews is a seasoned recruiter currently employed at Google since June 2014, where responsibilities include hiring software engineers and previously security engineers, managing the candidate process, and creatively sourcing new candidates. Prior to Google, Kaila served as Lead Recruiter at JumpStart, overseeing a full recruiting desk and achieving the highest production rates in the company. Internships at notable organizations like Amy Levy Public Relations, PMK/HBH, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and The Bottom Line Newspaper provided foundational experience in public relations, project management, and client relations. Kaila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and completed a study abroad program at New York University in Florence.
