Karthik Raghunathan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital engagement, product adoption, and client service management, currently serving as Director of Search, Commerce & App at Google since September 2015. Karthik has led various teams in developing custom solutions aligned with business objectives, driving incremental revenue, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previous roles at Citibank included Regional Digital Engagement Manager and Assistant Vice President, where Karthik focused on digital initiatives and sales across multiple regions in Asia Pacific. Karthik holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and has completed executive education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, alongside a PGDM in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian School of Business.
