Kathleen Phu

Kathleen Phu possesses extensive experience in transportation planning and management, having held various roles that span over a decade. Kathleen began with positions as a Project Manager/Associate at Energy Solutions and a Graduate Student Researcher at the Center for Resource Efficient Communities, before advancing to a Graduate Student Researcher role at the University of California Transportation Center. Subsequent positions at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency encompassed roles as a Transportation Planner with a focus on Transit Service Planning and Transportation Demand Management, as well as a Senior Ridership & Performance Analysis Planner. Currently, Kathleen serves as a Transportation Program Manager for Fleet Management at Google. Academic credentials include dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees and dual Master of City Planning and Master of Science degrees, all obtained from UC Berkeley.
