Kathryn Pierce

Kathryn Pierce is an accomplished industrial engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Beginning as an Engineering Intern at Midtronics in 2007, Kathryn efficiently set up production lines and designed test fixtures. At the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Kathryn contributed as a Biological Safety Assistant, developing a project registration database and processing safety requests. In 2011, Kathryn joined Research In Motion as an Industrial Engineering Project Specialist, focusing on customer requirements and optimizing factory processes. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2016, Kathryn served as a Mechanical Engineering Project Coordinator at Wistron Mobile Solutions, managing the mechanical supply chain and collaborating with suppliers to enhance product quality while minimizing costs. Kathryn's expertise continued at Google as a Hardware Program Manager and at Gogo as a Senior Analyst in Kit Design.
